LAKSA PENANG


 Bahan-bahan untuk kuah:
  • ikan kembung (direbus n amik isi nye)
  • bawang besar
  • bawang merah
  • belacan
  • cili kisar
  • asam keping
  • daun kesum
  • bunga kantan
  • laksa 1 paket (direndam 1 malam dan direbus) 
  • garam
Bahan-bahan hiasan:
  • telur rebus
  • timun 
  • lada/cili padi

 *kuantiti bahan-bahan terpulang atas korang lah yer nak wat banyak mana laksa tuh...


 Cara memasak:
  1. rebus ikan n amik isi ikan tersebut dan kisar/tumbuk.ketepikan
  2. masukkan air dalam periuk, masukkan isi ikan,cili kisar dan bawang yang telah dikisar.
  3. kemudian masukkan daun kesum,asam keping dan bunga kantan serta sedikit belacan tuk menambahkan bau dan rasa.
  4. masukkan garam dan perasa secukup nye
  5. setelah masak boleh lah di hidangkan bersama laksa n bahan-bahan hiasan.

*lagi banyak asam keping lagi sedap sbb kuah laksa penang lagi sedap kalau lagi masam...

Today, I went to the beach front with my kids. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4
year old daughter and said "You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear."
She put the shell to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside
and it pinched her ear. She never wants to go back!
