Bahan-bahan untuk kuah:
- ikan kembung (direbus n amik isi nye)
- bawang besar
- bawang merah
- belacan
- cili kisar
- asam keping
- daun kesum
- bunga kantan
- laksa 1 paket (direndam 1 malam dan direbus)
- garam
- telur rebus
- timun
- lada/cili padi
*kuantiti bahan-bahan terpulang atas korang lah yer nak wat banyak mana laksa tuh...
Cara memasak:
- rebus ikan n amik isi ikan tersebut dan kisar/tumbuk.ketepikan
- masukkan air dalam periuk, masukkan isi ikan,cili kisar dan bawang yang telah dikisar.
- kemudian masukkan daun kesum,asam keping dan bunga kantan serta sedikit belacan tuk menambahkan bau dan rasa.
- masukkan garam dan perasa secukup nye
- setelah masak boleh lah di hidangkan bersama laksa n bahan-bahan hiasan.
*lagi banyak asam keping lagi sedap sbb kuah laksa penang lagi sedap kalau lagi masam...
